Key Activities:
• Arrange delivery time for finished machines or parts, and check the shipping solutions with forwarding agents;
安排成品机器或零件的交货时间，并与运输代理核对运输方案;
• Assist Dept. manager for paperwork monitoring(warehouse inspection report/PO files management/payment records/customs paper checking., etc);
协助部门经理进行文书工作的监控(仓库检验报告/采购订单文件管理/付款记录/海关检查文件等);
• Prepare the shipping documents/certificates required by customs, shipping lines and customers;
准备海关、航运公司和客户要求的运输文件/证书;
• Arrange the process of Export machines commodity inspection;
安排出口机械商检流程;
• Keep tracking for imported material, and support the customs clearance process;
跟踪进口物料，支持清关流程;
• Prepare Dept. KPI data, report and analysis ;
准备部门KPI数据、报告和分析;
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
主管安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上学历
• 2 years' logistics experience in Manufacturing factory;
2年制造业物流工作经验;
• Experience in dealing with customs / CIQ affairs;
有处理海关/ CIQ事务的经验;
• Experience in international transportation arrangement;
有国际运输安排经验;
• Be familiar with all transportation modes under different trade terms;
熟悉不同贸易条件下的所有运输方式;
• Good communication;
良好的沟通能力;
• Familiar with SAP operation;
熟悉SAP操作;
• Fluent in English with both oral and written.
流利的英语口语和书写能力。
