PRIMARY FUNCTION
61 Technical sales role to manage CMPT Semiconductor and SPT Chinese accounts.
61 Build up Partner of Choice value with customers.
61 Achieve a high level of penetration at assigned customer base.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Develop, Align and Execute account strategies to meet business targets.
61 Understand customer technology trends, competitive environment, and strategic customer needs.
61 Effectively utilize available tools such as strategic entertainment and management interface to build customer relationships in line with account plans.
61 Develop strong multi-functional account teams to effectively interface with customers.
61 Utilize strong sales skills to represent CMPT to customers.
61 Promote DuPont processes and secure trials of new materials and support exiting product sales.
61 Manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals and effectively negotiate supply contracts.
61 Deliver a high level of service to customers - effectively resolve quality or service issues that arise.
61 Work with customers to define un-met needs.
61 Develop sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunities.
61 Successfully convert opportunities leading to sales growth.
61 Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, sales, R
