The role.
1. Follow up all customer orders: Manage and follow up order process/ Make
production plan /Take all necessary actions to fulfill confirmed delivery date
to meet customer requirement.2. Completes regular forecasting and planning for
a number of relevant indicators (e.g. turnover, production, inventories,
changes in inventory, capital expenditure requirements, employee capacities,
etc.).3. Plans and controls assigned inventories and stocks (e.g. supply level,
planning adjustments, etc.), analyzes inventory changes and develops measures
for inventory reduction.4. Analyzes and controls logistical processes (e.g.
Cycle Time, First Pass Yield, On-time delivery, KPI of effectiveness,
productivity, etc.), in order to detect process weaknesses and to start process
improvements.5. Maintains a network and cooperates with all involved
stakeholder in the respective processes.6. Continuous improvements take place
under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and
strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and QMS documents so as to
ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously
improved.
Your profile.
1. Bachelor or above degree.2. 3 years of supply chain experience in a
production business.3. Knowledge of supply chain, Electrical Engineering and
Automation, Industry Engineering, System of Information, Material Engineering.
4. Well skilled in computer application e.g. Access, Excel etc. SAP knowledge
is preferred.5. Good English communicating skills in both speaking and writing.
