Responsibilities:
61 Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
61 Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing necessary materials and handling logistics
61 Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
61 Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents for meetings
61 Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as reservations, and personal correspondence
61 Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
61 Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism
61 Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
61 Provide general administrative support

管理和维护高管的日程、会议和差旅安排
安排和协调会议和活动,包括准备必要的材料和处理后勤事务
准备和编辑信件、通讯、演示文稿和其他文件
进行研究并整理数据,为会议准备报告和文件
根据需要协助处理个人事务,如预订和个人信件
维护有序的纸质和电子文件系统
严格遵守保密和专业水平
在员工和客户中发展并保持专业水平
提供一般行政支持
Requirements:
61 Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
61 Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
61 Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
61 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
61 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
61 Strong organizational and planning skills
61 Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
61 High level of discretion and confidentiality
61 Master’s degree preferred
