The role.
1. Sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive product, solution and services to
responsible customers.向所负责区域或行业工业业务领域客户销售西门子电机及传动领域产品、相应解决方案与服务
2. Achieve yearly sales target.完成年度销售目标
3. Builds a sound market related network of stakeholders and develop new
customers independently.建立完善公司业务市场相关的客户网络,独立开发新客户
4. Cooperate with technical team and other internal departments’ support to
seize business opportunities and achieve sales
target.获得技术支持人员以及公司内部其他部门的支持和配合,抓住业务机会,实现销售目标
5. Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the
region.开发所负责的客户或区域的售后业务的获取
6. Think actively about assigned tasks and act fast. Sufficiently collaborate
with other colleagues and external partners in project
business.对安排的任务进行积极思考和行动,在项目型业务上与同事和外部合作伙伴充分合作
7. Others assigned by manager.经理交办的其他任务
Your profile.
1. Bachelor or above major in Automation/ Electrical Transmission/ Mechanical
Engineering.本科以上学历,专业电机、电气传动或自动化、机械相关专业者优先
2. More than 3 years of sales experience and demonstrated good sales
capabilities in LV/ HV Motors, MV Drives
products.3年以上销售相关工作经验并具备良好的低压或高压电机、中压变频产品的销售能力
3. Sales Experience in project business is preferred.有项目型相关销售经验优先
4. Be capable to build up constructive relationship with internal key
stakeholders both internally and externally, good communication
skills.有能力建立有建设性的内外部客户关系, 良好的内外沟通技巧
5. Persistent, never give up, hardworking and teamwork.具备执着和永不言弃的精神, 勤奋,团队合作能力强
6. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty can work under pressure.正直,诚实,忠诚, 有良好的抗压能力
7. Quick learner and with good business sense快速学习能力和良好的业务理念

Your profile.
