1. Responsible for assembly process (Press-in/Dispensing/TKS welding…), FOR/Utilization improvement. 2. Willing to learn new process knowledge and take each process as self-responsibility. 3. Automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in production floor (Beckhoff/SIEMENS PLC programming knowledge and practice is better). 4. Vision system program optimization for related process (Cognex/Keyence/Nurocheck programming knowledge and HALCON vision is better) 5. Servo controller / Robot programming is necessary. 6. Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipment and process to reduce the downtime, changeover time and enhance the stability and OEE. 7. Professional problem solving method (PSS, 8D) for equipment/TPM problems. 8. Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status. 9. Training and coaching service technician, regularly evaluation technician. 10. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables parts. 11. Owner of Documentation，and regular update of documents (FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.). 12. Willing to accept new challenge and embrace new technology and knowledge with enthusiasm. 13. Basic I4.0 and big data knowledge is better. 14. Other tasks from supervisor and management. 15. On-call to support machine or tool issue
