1. This positions ensures that overall the HR activities for Labor Contracts, Global Assignment Operations, Document management and Mandatory trainings are in line with group compliant guidelines and local laws. Furthermore the position ensures the consultation and guidance to HR colleagues within VGC and other entities and sets the regional standards for the relevant topics.
2. This position ensures a high quality consulting service for all employee groups including but not limited to expatriates (FSEs)
3. This position ensures the overall satisfaction of all employee groups during their lifecycles as an employee of the Volkswagen Group China
4. Labor Contract Process Management
o Responsible to manage and improve the Labor Contract Signature Process
o Responsible to oversee the Labor Contract Signature process for all employment groups
o Responsible to define and manage archiving process and standard based on group standards and applicable local law
o Responsible to coordinate the archiving process of physical p-files (coordination with external party)
o Responsible to drive the electronic p-file management
o Ensure that all labor contracts are signed timely and properly saved and stored
5. On-Boarding Management
o Develop and manage a “Day 1” on-boarding experience that fulfills the needs of compliance, labor law and “employer of choice” aspects for VCIC, Mobility Asia and future participating entities under the service scope
o Enhance the on-boarding experience as state of the Art process for the Region
o Ensure standard is met at all locations within the Region China
o Consult, guide and train other legal entities about standard on-boarding experience
6. SAP SF On-Boarding Module Ownership
o Regional ownership of SAP SF On-Boarding module
o Regular updates and module enhancements – work closely with participating entities under the HRSSC scope and guide and consult entities in the Region
o Organize and conduct regular regional workshops with the entities within the VW China Instance of SF for program enhancements
任职要求:
Necessary education:
? College Education, MBA preferred
? German, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English languague. excellent in speaking and writing
? Advanced skills and experience in data base mangement, SAP, Excel and Powerpoint
Working experience (in years):
? 8 years of relevant professional work experience in HR management
? Strong background in Expatriate Management / Expatriate Consulting
? Strong background in HR Systems and Process design
? Professional knowledge and experience in HR operations, HR services, Training and Development,
? Strong knowledge in Chinese labor and Immigration law and regulations
? Financial management knowledge and experience
? Project management knowledge and experience
