1. Establish and cultivate the sales team in South China;建立和培养华南区销售团队;2. Develop, pushing and establish the sales channels. According to the company policies, coordinate and maintain the Market;开发、推进和完善销售渠道,根据公司政策,协调和维持市场秩序;3. Keep pushing the sales for whole company products line, and achieve the annual sales targets;持续推进公司全系列产品销售,完成并超过年度指标;4. Ensure market coverage and market penetration;保证公司产品的市场覆盖率和渗透率;5. Management of customer relations, including customer supporting, customer following up and contacting etc.;整理客户关系,包括客户支持、客户跟进及客户联系等;6. Source for new customers through cold calls, emails, and appointments, etc.通过电话、电子邮件和约见等开发新的客户;7. Management and coordinate of the whole sales process including price negotiations, sales contracts, delivery dates, post-sales services coordination, order receipts, FAP collection and etc.;管理和协调整个销售流程,包括价格谈判,销售合同签订,发货日期确认,售后服务跟进协调,订单跟进,最终验收协议签收跟进等事宜;8. Provide market and competitor related information for analysis;提供相关市场及竞争对手的信息以便公司做分析;9. Facilitate and update the Finance Department on payments;跟踪客户收款并向财务部更新付款信息;10. Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses and other marketing evens;参加展会,组织产品培训,市场推荐会等市场活动;11. Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with factories, service, technical and other departments;与工厂、服务部、技术部及其他部门沟通协调,建立合作;12. Ensure all sales activities meet company policies;确保所有销售活动符合公司政策;13. Other job-related issues as assigned by supervisor;完成上级安排的其它工作;任职要求:1. 工作认真负责,能够吃苦耐劳,具有良好的团队协作能力,有敏锐的市场洞察能力,2. 具有市场拓展能力、谈判技巧,学习能力强。3. 熟悉所在地区的工业品及自动化市场。三年以上工业品销售经验,伺服类产品优先。4. 本科以上学历,理工类,尤其自动化,电子,机械等专业优先。5. 有车优先
